I have been in the Health and Wellness Field for 22 years. My journey began with Reflexology and I’ve continued to add other modalities to my practice. I love being able to work with my clients to assist them in being the best they can be. The ways that I provide that is with sessions in Reflexology, Chair Massage, Access Bars, Energetic Face Lift, Body Processes, Indian Head Massage, Reiki, The Way of the Heart and Coaching.
My office is in my home, where I see clients, host various classes and bars exchanges. In addition, I go into Corporate offices offering Reflexology and have begun to work with different companies that provide chair massage. I love the flexibility that working for myself has provided me. Some days I get to work with clients from home and be creative and other days I’m with clients at a Corporate account.
As I am always seeking something new, another part of my ever-growing business is to share the products I have found that have worked for me and I’m passionate about. These include Seacret, Minerals from the Dead Sea, as well as Young Living Essential Oils and Cerra Water Pitchers.
I am a member of the Reflexology Association of British Columbia. I spent 7 years on their board, with 3 of those as the president. In November I joined the Valley Women’s Network.
I continue to learn, ask questions, seek wellness, play, laugh lots, create fun and new experiences. I invite you to join in me in creating more together!
