At this hour: When perusing New York City real estate listings, you'll see a lot of beautiful and high-priced apartments, decorated with beautiful and high-priced furnishings. While you may not be able to afford that multi-million dollar condo, or everything in it, it is possible to steal a bit of that high style with the purchase of one or two chic, on-trend pieces. You can add a pleasingly-appointed room in any apartment that would not bust most New Yorkers' budget, and see how elegant the room can become. Also at this hour: You are selling your co-op. You’ve listed it with a broker and it is on all the best real estate sites, you’ve held several open houses and private viewings. You’ve managed to get multiple acceptable offers. Only one thing left: Choose the right buyer who is most likely to pass the board interview. How do you do this? Not easy but we will tell you have we work with sellers throughout the process.

Our show is about everything Real Estate to every consumer in the New York marketplace and on occasion we also focus on the national market place.
The program will provide you with the most educated approach to a deal including introduction to the most qualified resources in the business of real estate to successfully, buy and close a transaction.
In particular we will focus on the local Manhattan market. We will talk to sellers, buyers, agents, attorneys, and mortgage bankers, stagers and designers, all engaged in the deal to find success and happiness.
We will also look weekly at local and national market conditions at the beginning of every show.

Vince Rocco
I became interested in a real estate career in the mid-1990s while buying and selling Manhattan co-ops and condos for my own personal real estate projects (renovating and selling), and found it to be an exciting industry. I decided to make Real Estate a full time profession and I've never looked back.
The ROCCO Group is dedicated to delivering quality service to our buyers and sellers. I get personally involved in every detail of the deal. I am known for my straightforward approach, my integrity and flexibility while working with people. I cultivate strong relationships that last a lifetime.
I have an extensive knowledge of Manhattan and its neighborhoods. I became an expert in New Condo Development sales over the past five years selling in three separate new development projects. I've made appearances on 'Sweat Equity' on the DIY network as one of their pricing experts, and have been featured on 'House Hunters' on HGTV and I'm working on an interactive web/blog portal where I will be hosting a weekly 'over the net' Real Estate program featuring everything New York City. I have been quoted in NY Magazine, NY Post, NY Times, QUEST, The Real Deal, and Broker's Weekly.
I live on the Upper West Side of Manhattan with my dog, Jett. I know Manhattan well and all of its neighborhood's so touring for a new home is always an exciting adventure with me. I make it personal. Your dream of finding the perfect home or selling your home will become a reality.
