At this hour: Mention the term “millennial” and you may as well run for cover. The generation of young adults who came of age during the financial crisis — and in the glare of social media — is both lauded for embracing innovation and social responsibility and also known for being lazy and self-indulgent. If you look at the research on millennials, they are not making decisions about where they’re doing in four years. They’re making decisions about where they’re going to do today and in the next few months. That along with their well-documented deferral of marriage, family and home buying — all trends that took off under Generation X — has concerned some people.

Our show is about everything Real Estate to every consumer in the New York marketplace and on occasion we also focus on the national market place.

The program will provide you with the most educated approach to a deal including introduction to the most qualified resources in the business of real estate to successfully, buy and close a transaction.

In particular we will focus on the local Manhattan market. We will talk to sellers, buyers, agents, attorneys, and mortgage bankers, stagers and designers, all engaged in the deal to find success and happiness.

We will also look weekly at local and national market conditions at the beginning of every show.

Vince Rocco

I became interested in a real estate career in the mid-1990s while buying and selling Manhattan co-ops and condos for my own personal real estate projects (renovating and selling), and found it to be an exciting industry. I decided to make Real Estate a full time profession and I've never looked back.

The ROCCO Group is dedicated to delivering quality service to our buyers and sellers. I get personally involved in every detail of the deal. I am known for my straightforward approach, my integrity and flexibility while working with people. I cultivate strong relationships that last a lifetime.

I have an extensive knowledge of Manhattan and its neighborhoods. I became an expert in New Condo Development sales over the past five years selling in three separate new development projects. I've made appearances on 'Sweat Equity' on the DIY network as one of their pricing experts, and have been featured on 'House Hunters' on HGTV and I'm working on an interactive web/blog portal where I will be hosting a weekly 'over the net' Real Estate program featuring everything New York City. I have been quoted in NY Magazine, NY Post, NY Times, QUEST, The Real Deal, and Broker's Weekly.

I live on the Upper West Side of Manhattan with my dog, Jett. I know Manhattan well and all of its neighborhood's so touring for a new home is always an exciting adventure with me. I make it personal. Your dream of finding the perfect home or selling your home will become a reality.
