At this Hour: What we are going through some say is natural because we have been here before. I don’t buy it. Deals are harder to do which means we need to work harder to save each one of them. But that seems standard to me though. So what’s the rub here? Prices have come down but I think more is needed to meet buyer’s expectations but are the sellers there yet? If you want to stay in this business of making deals, you need to work very differently than ever before and find that coveted amount of patience within each of us. Both buyers and sellers need skillful expertise and very experienced representation now more than ever so let’s step up to the plate. Vince Rocco
I became interested in a real estate career in the mid-1990s while buying and selling Manhattan co-ops and condos for my own personal real estate projects (renovating and selling), and found it to be an exciting industry. I decided to make Real Estate a full time profession and I've never looked back.
The ROCCO Group is dedicated to delivering quality service to our buyers and sellers. I get personally involved in every detail of the deal. I am known for my straightforward approach, my integrity and flexibility while working with people. I cultivate strong relationships that last a lifetime.
I have an extensive knowledge of Manhattan and its neighborhoods. I became an expert in New Condo Development sales over the past five years selling in three separate new development projects. I've made appearances on 'Sweat Equity' on the DIY network as one of their pricing experts, and have been featured on 'House Hunters' on HGTV and I'm working on an interactive web/blog portal where I will be hosting a weekly 'over the net' Real Estate program featuring everything New York City. I have been quoted in NY Magazine, NY Post, NY Times, QUEST, The Real Deal, and Broker's Weekly.
