Episode Description
The buzz: Innovation and creativity. In your business, do you actually innovate and create something new or do you merely re-order and re-assemble existing ideas? If the former, do ideas come from a pre-defined, standardized process or serendipitous chaos? If you’re not sure, it may help to learn the behaviors that promote and hinder innovation in the most innovatively successful organizations. The experts speak. Shahar Larry, Demaya: “Fear is the mind killer" (Frank Herbert, Dune). “Progress isn't made by early risers. It's made by lazy men trying to find easier ways to do something” (Robert Heinlein, Time Enough for Love). Natty Gur, The Friedkin Group: “If you're not making mistakes, then you're not doing anything. I'm positive that a doer makes mistakes” (John Wooden). Itzik Shoshan, SAP: “There is nothing new under the sun” (Ecclesiastes 1:9). Mor Sagmon, SAP: “Seek truth, don't follow the herd.” Join us for Innovation Evolution: From Initial Spark to Implementable Idea.
