Episode Description
The buzz: IoT and the Enterprise. If you haven’t introduced the Internet of Things into your organization, or you’ve only taken baby steps, take note: it’s easy to deploy a sea of sensors in everything you do, but the hard part is mapping their inter-relationships and drawing knowledge from them. You’ll also be wise to follow the rules of the road: justify your trip to IoT, re-map BYOD policies to BYOT, be prepared to swim in a sensor-enabled data sea, steer clear of privacy and security potholes, and more. The experts speak. Paul Madsen, Ping Identity: “Because, sometimes, things happen to people and they're not equipped to deal with them.” (Suzanne Collins, Catching Fire) Benjamin Robbins, Palador: “To be prepared is half the victory” (Miguel de Cervantes). Brian M. Katz, Sanofi: “You have to learn the rules of the game. And then you have to play better than anyone else" (Albert Einstein). Join us for The Road to IoT: Introducing Internet of Things into the Enterprise – Part 2.
