Roque Marinho
Roque Marinho is the Director of Enterprise Business Intelligence for Cobb EMC, the second largest EMC in the US. A provider of electricity and gas for about 460,000 households, Cobb EMC is innovative in its use of analytical tools that support the organization. The BI team supports data management, data cleansing, data analysis, and data validation. Mr. Marinho was technical team leader on project Reprint, which earned the “2011 PMI Project of the Year.” He is a frequent guest speaker for companies, universities, and associations. A CalPoly Tech graduate with 20 years of experience in BI, business analysis, and data integration, Mr. Marinho defines BI as “information that provokes action!”
