Dr. Steve Hunt
Dr. Steve Hunt’s career is focused on using technology-enabled processes to improve workforce agility, productivity, inclusion, wellbeing and engagement. He played a central role in creation of pioneering technology applications that have positively impacted thousands of organizations and millions of employees around the globe. Over his career, he has worked directly with over 500 organizations around the globe ranging from small start-ups to the largest organizations in the world. Dr. Hunt has also written hundreds of articles and several books on strategic human resource including “Commonsense Talent Management” a guide to using HR methods to increase company performance. He has been recognized as a Fellow by Society of Industrial Organizational Psychology for significantly advancing the application of evidence-based talent management methods through the use of technology.
