Marianne Langlois
Marianne Langlois, in her role as a Global Process Executive at NorthgateArinso (NGA), provides leadership and oversight for all global HRO processes within the outsourcing organization. She is responsible for best practice delivery excellence around the HRO process regarding operational practices, product development inputs, performance measurements and continuous improvement to industry standards. Throughout her career at NGA and her prior roles at Convergys, Marianne has become an expert in HRO, BPO, Change Management, Vendor Management, and Talent Management.
