Jan Grasshoff
Jan Grasshoff is Senior Vice President of Talent, Leadership, and Organizational Design at SAP. He is responsible for the HR Centre of Excellence, which develops and implements global policies and practices in the areas of talent and people development, leadership and organizational design. Jan has been with SAP since 2002 in various executive management positions, most recently leading the global Customer Solution Adoption team. Previous roles include the global lead of the Service Portfolio Management function for SAP Services. Prior to that, he created and managed the SAP Global Delivery organization which grew in revenue and employee base 30-fold under his leadership. His professional career started in financial institutions, where he held roles in private and investment banking in Australia, South Africa and Germany.
