Robert H Dugger Robert Dugger is a venture capital investor, a retired partner in the hedge fund Tudor Investment Corporation, and advocate for the business case for investing in early childhood development. Rob’s main interest is early child development and organizing strong business coalitions in states to support high-return investment spending in children prenatal to five. He co-founded ReadyNation to do this work -- www.readynation.org -- and in recognition was the first recipient of Zero to Three’s Reiner Award for Outstanding Advocacy on Behalf of Very Young Children. This award was presented to him for work that "has engaged and inspired a multitude of uncommon champions for babies and broadened the scope and possibility for positive action on behalf of young children."
