Aviva Freudmann
Aviva Freudmann directs business research studies in Continental Europe, the Middle East and Africa for the Economist Intelligence Unit, based in Frankfurt, Germany. She has 35 years of experience as a journalist, researcher and editor covering a variety of industries, including healthcare, financial services, insurance and risk management, transport, logistics, energy and environmental protection. Aviva was previously Editorial Director, Canada Bureau Chief and European Editor of the Journal of Commerce, a US newspaper; where she began her career as an insurance reporter in Washington, DC. She is also former Associate Editor of Energy Daily, a US publication focused on the energy industries.
