Herb Greenberg, Ph.D.
Herb Greenberg, Ph.D., is founder and CEO of Princeton-based Caliper, a human resources consulting firm with offices in 13 countries. For over 50 years, Caliper has assessed the potential of more than 3.5 million individuals for over 28,000 companies worldwide. A recognized authority on the relationship between personality and job performance, Dr. Greenberg developed the Caliper Profile, a proprietary personality assessment that identifies the potential, motivations, and strengths of applicants and employees to match individuals to appropriate positions, coach for improved performance, align talent and corporate culture, and develop effective teams. Prior to Caliper, he was a professor at Texas Tech and Rutgers University. Herb Greenberg lost his eyesight by age 10. He earned a Ph.D. with highest honors in Human Relations and Psychology from NY University and has authored the NY Times bestseller, Succeed on Your Own Terms, and How to Hire and Develop Your Next Top Performer.
