Sam Bhat
Sam Bhat, a serial entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience building and managing successful businesses in a global environment, founded United Software Associates, Inc. The company is involved in the development of a Real Time Health Care Analytics Platform, powered by SAP HANA technology. The product is in the beta stage, with market enablement through SAP’s Startup Forum. United Software Associates was a captive technology service provider of Dealertrack Technologies (NASDAQ: TRAK ) until November 2011. That portion was later acquired by Symphony Teleca Inc. United Security Applications built an emergency preparedness and response product that was sold to Northrop Grumman and IsoftApps Inc. Sam co-founded Nationwide, India in 1996, one of the first venture capital firms in India, with primary cover from Chase Capital Partners and Soros Fund Management. He holds U.S. Patent No. 7,577,989 for his invention of the Enterprise Responder for Emergencies & Disasters.
