Jazmine Boatman
Jazmine Boatman is a senior consultant and I-O psychologist at DDI. In this role, she focuses on helping organizations create and successfully implement talent strategies such as assessment and leadership development, success profiling, and selection strategies. Previously, Jazmine managed DDI’s Center for Applied Behavioral Research, which conducts and champions research on leadership and talent in the workplace. She has authored multiple global research studies including DDI’s largest Global Leadership Forecast study featuring more than 12,000 leaders around the world, DDI’s Global Selection Forecast (a study about employee selection trends in today’s organizations), and most recently a study about Women as Mentors: Does She or Doesn’t She? Jazmine is a sought-after speaker at HR and industry conferences.
