Kathy Hutson is Global Insurance Segment Leader for IBM Global Insurance, specializing in technology solutions that help insurers develop compelling customer experiences and winning distribution strategies. She has over 14 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry working with insurance companies globally, including roles at Citigroup, the New York State Insurance Department, and McKinsey & Company. Kathy has a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English from Lafayette College.
