He has over 10 years of leadership experience in a managed services firm plus hands-on experience in every aspect of startup and post-startup businesses. Kaustav’s 24 years in technology cover various aspects of the IT industry, including P&L management, CxO level communications, contract review and negotiation, key account management, team leadership and collaboration, strategic marketing / business development, and recurring revenue business models. His broad industry and product management technology expertise focuses on system design, systems administration, and needs analysis.
