Ron Wessels
Ron Wessels is the Global Alliances lead for the SAP Startup Focus. He has spent 15 of the last 20 years working in or for startups. In 2001, Ron formed a consulting practice, Kynergy LLC, that worked with an angel fund vetting startup opportunities and consulting to funded startups. Most recently he served Cisco Systems as the AT&T Sr. Program Manager in the Service Provider Customer Experience 3.0 group. Ron has served as a senior marketing and sales executive for venture capital backed startups, including two ventures backed by Sequoia Capitol. From 1994-99, he served CKS and USWeb/CKS, a leading Integrated Marketing Communications and Professional Services company, as Director and then General Manager of Onsite Services. CKS Group went public in 1996 and merged with USWeb in 1998. Ron holds a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and M. Div. from Fuller Seminary. He has served on both private non-profit and for-profit boards.
