Malte Globig
Malte Globig, CIA, is Head of Internal Audit at Flint Group, one of the largest suppliers to the printing and packaging industry worldwide. Hired into this position in 2013 to revitalize Flint Group’s Internal Audit function, he is developing his team into trusted advisors to management and the board. Prior to joining Flint Group, Malte helped establish the Internal Audit function at Elster Group, a world leader in measuring and improving the flow of natural gas, electricity and water. There he was instrumental in conceptualizing and implementing a partially automated audit system to keep compliance costs down. Early in his career, he showed large corporations how to re-engineer and optimize their business processes as a consultant and a Six Sigma Black Belt. When not pursing his passion of process excellence, he can be seen on his road bike in and around Philadelphia, PA.
