Mervyn Dinnen
Mervyn Dinnen is a content creator and social engagement strategist for the Recruitment and HR sectors. He guest-blogs in the UK for digital recruitment sites Monster and Broadbean, which are part of Careerbuilder, and helps businesses to create and implement a social business strategy. Mervyn speaks and chairs at a number of industry events and is invited to live-blog from HR and Technology events in Europe and the US. In 2013 Mervyn was a winner of the UK Recruitment Blog of the Year Award and has been listed in a number of influencer lists for the HR and Recruitment industry including a Top 50 Huffington Post listing for Social HR and a Top 20 CIPD listing in most influential to follow. In his previous role, Mervyn was content and community manager for a global digital recruitment brand and, prior to that, was an HR Recruiter, helping to build the UK’s first dedicated online HR community.
