Phil Hassey founded capioIT in 2010 to act as a Trusted Advisor supporting successful outcomes in emerging technology and geographic markets, particularly the Asia Pacific region. He has an enviable reputation for understanding, assessing and communicating insight into the increasingly diverse and complex technology sector as it attempts to tightly integrate to business requirements. He is constantly "tilting the world view" with unique but grounded perspectives for clients. Focus areas include: Analytics, Big Data, Cloud Computing and Service Delivery Models, Innovation, IT Strategy. Industry coverage includes Natural Resources, Retail, Commercial Property and the Public Sector. His 19 years of experience in corporate strategy, consulting and market intelligence has been gained in a diverse range of organisations and industries. Prior to founding capioIT, he established key business units at Springboard Research after leading IDC’s Asia Pacific Services research practice.
