Malcolm “Mal” Poulin, Senior Director of Product Strategy for ANCILE, has worked in corporate learning and workforce performance for over 30 years. He focuses on strategies and technologies to help organizations achieve business value by enabling all stakeholders: subject matter experts, business leaders, front-line workers, learning professionals. For the prior 15 years, Mal held positions at RWD Technologies and SAP Education in Business Development, where he assessed market trends and customer business needs, and helped evolve solutions to lead and match. Mal also held positions in Education Services at Digital Equipment Corporation, from technical classroom instruction to global alliance management with organizations including Microsoft. He has been published in CLO Magazine, Training Industry, and ASTD Online. Mal’s thought leadership has produced new ways to address the needs of the ever-changing workforce and never-ending mission of companies to optimize employee performance.
