Dr. Jonathan Adelman
Dr. Jonathan Adelman is a full professor at the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver and currently a consultant on Russia and China for two of the largest Silicon Valley hi tech companies. With 4 degrees from Columbia University, Adelman has written or edited twelve books on Russia, China, the Middle East, revolutions and security affairs. Within the past 2 years, he has written over twenty op-eds, most appearing on the websites of CNN, the Huffington Post, Forbes and Fox News. Having developed a relationship with former US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice as her doctoral thesis advisor, Dr. Adelman briefed her almost a dozen times on international issues at the White House and State Department. He worked as a Senior Scientist (with clearance) for SAIC on Department of Defense contracts for 8 years and for the State Department Professor Adelman participated in 19 international tours including visiting Russia, China, and India.
