Brad Frigon

After receiving his Juris Doctor degree from Washburn University in his home state of Kansas, Brad Frigon earned his Master of Laws degree in Taxation at the University of Denver. Brad has 30 years of experience in estate planning, probate, elder law, Medicare Set Asides, special needs planning and tax matters. Brad serves as President of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and Treasurer of the Special Needs Alliance. He is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA), ans is a member of the Council of Advanced Practitioners (CAP), the Colorado Bar Association, a Fellow in the Kansas Bar Association, and a board member of the Colorado Fund for People with Disabilities. Brad is also an Adjunct Professor at Stetson University College of Law, a nationally recognized speaker and author. He has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, MSN Money, Kiplinger Retirement Report, and Bloomberg. He is recognized as a Colorado Super Lawyer and is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell.
