Sarah Cooke is Associate Vice President & Managing Consultant at Great Place to Work (GPTW), responsible for strategy and delivery of services that improve business performance through strengthened workplace culture. GPTW's culture transformation services are rooted in 25 years of research into exceptional organizations, refreshed annually through Best Companies To Work For competitions in 45 countries (i.e., annual Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For in America). Sarah is recognized as an advocate for individuals and organizations who seek more meaningful and impactful work experiences. This comes, in part, from influence developed with previous employers including Dell, Herman Miller, Motorola. In addition to GPTW, she is engaged in a global initiatives that further social intrapreneurship and social entrepreneurship through FIG STRATEGY, a consultancy she founded in 2010. Sarah relocated to California from Texas, where she founded Net Impact Austin in 2008.
