Joe Fuster
Joe Fuster is the Global Head of our Customer Engagement team. Our Customer Engagement team combines industry expertise with deep marketing, sales and service tenure to drive customer transformation initiatives. Joe leads a team of global customer executives, each with their own teams that serve as customer sponsors for our strategic accounts. Joe’s unique point of view and problem solving capabilities are rooted in over twenty five years of industry experience. Joe’s work with SAP customers spans multiple industries, with a particular emphasis on Consumer Packaged Goods, Discrete and Process Manufacturing, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Financial Services and Insurance. Joe has held previous senior leadership positions at Salesforce.com and regional leadership roles PeopleSoft, Siebel Systems and Chordiant Software.
