Keith Hontz, Global Vice President within the SAP Customer Line of Business Organization, is responsible for supporting strategic opportunities for SAP’s Customer Engagement (Sales, Service, Marketing, Social & Commerce) solution business for both Cloud & OnPremise. Managing a team of highly experienced sales execution and solution professionals in the Americas while leveraging an extended network of expert support resources in the area of Customer Engagement Sales & Service, Keith’s mission at SAP is to help companies engage with their customers like never before. Most recently in 2014, Keith was responsible for the launch of the Americas Customer LoB SWAT & Win Room, a world class physical space and command center located in SAP’s headquarters, with the exclusive focus on winning business in competitive strategic engagements. Keith is an innovative and dynamic executive leader with deep expertise in Customer Relationship Management business processes and solutions.
