Paul Hobcraft, Advisor and Facilitator on Innovation Transformation, simply enjoys innovation. He got ‘hooked’ 12 years ago and it is 100% of his business thinking and activities today. He researches across innovation, looking to develop novel innovation solutions and frameworks where appropriate. His purpose is to support individuals, teams and organizations in their innovation activity, applying what he has learned to further develop core innovation understanding so they can achieve positive and sustaining results. A personal journey of wandering the globe has taken him to live and work in Saudi Arabia, Kenya, Malaysia, Switzerland, the Netherlands, the USA, Hong Kong, Australia, and Singapore. Paul has been voted into the top three bloggers on innovation for 2011, 2012, then for 2013 on a leading Global Innovation Community- Innovation Excellence (IX), and within the top 50 tweeters on the subject of innovation in 2012 and again in 2013 by the IX community.
