Marc Dietrich
Marc Dietrich is an Innovation Consultant in the SAP Global Services Innovation team. He focuses on Innovation Management as a strategic discipline, trains Design Thinking (DT) to SAP’s Services organization, and runs DT workshops globally with customers and the senior management of SAP. DT influences his life so much that sometimes in a hotel room he heats pizza with an iron. Marc’s roles in SAP Consulting since 2006 include Business and Technology Consultant, Enterprise Architect, Team and Project Lead. He has experience in Banking, Public Sector, Retail and Aviation. He was part of the development team for some core methodologies of SAP, including Business Process Management Methodology and ASAP. Prior to SAP, he worked in a mid-sized software company developing system software for Linux and Windows operating systems and was self-employed for eight years. His professional certifications include Business Process Management and Enterprise Architecture Framework (TOGAF).
