Shad Adair
Shad Adair is a managing partner with Hula Partners LLC, specializing in Human Capital Management (HCM) strategy, SAP/SuccessFactors implementation and support, and product innovation services. He also serves on the advisory board of enterprise software and services firms, and is a corporate fellow for CMU’s Information Management Institute. As former CEO of the analytics firm SpinifexIT N.A., Shad led a successful launch, reaching profitability in less than 18 months while yielding revenue growth of 200% and profit growth of 293%, and recognition by Gartner as a 2013 Cool Vendor in the SAP Ecosystem. Before SpinifexIT, he was a senior partner with PremierHR International, a boutique SAP HCM implementation firm successfully acquired by HCL Axon, where he served as Vice President for HCM Services. He was HCM National Practice Director for SAP America and is a US Air Force veteran. He holds an M.A. with an emphasis in Organizational Management and B.S in Education and Development.
