Frank Rust
As a Design Thinker and Innovation Consultant, Frank Rust always aims for the sweet spot at which viability, technological possibilities and customer needs meet. He is the co-founder of a consultancy that focuses on business model innovation and transformation for established companies, with a user-centric methodology using classic strategic management and start-up tools as well as Design Thinking to create innovations that deliver real value. Previously, Frank worked as a Design Thinking Coach and Solution Architect for SAP, supported SAP’s global business development, and advised clients in the US, Canada, Australia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and Europe. He holds a Master’s degree (Diplom) from the University of Mannheim, Germany in Business and Computer Science with majors in psychology and marketing. He extended his Design Thinking and innovation skills in the Executive Education program of the Hasso-Plattner-Institute in Potsdam (in cooperation with Stanford University).
