Stacey Perrin
Described as a melting pot of over 19 years legal and compliance experience blended with an overwhelming passion for human rights and a culture of care, Stacey Perrin is a global director with the People Sustainability Office of SAP, focused on building employee trust and engagement. She collaborates closely with HR, Compliance, Corporate Audit, the Ombuds Office and the Legal team in implementing innovative practices that support a healthy work environment of constructive and cooperative relationships to maximize employee productivity, commitment and engagement. Previously, Stacey was an Officer with SAP’s Global Compliance Office where she focused on anti-harassment, non-discrimination, and anti-retaliation matters in the US and Canada and worked closely with HR and Legal to assist in the development of SAP’s US Employee Relations model. She has had a strong affinity to Human Rights since a young age and brings a heartfelt passion to driving respect, accountability, trust and care.
