Lakshman Pachineela Seshadri (Lucky)
Lakshman “Lucky” Pachineela Seshadri, Chief Consultant, Services Innovation, SAP Consulting, is driving Software Solutions and Services Innovation projects with Design Thinking for SAP globally, Social Change projects and a start-up mentor in India. He is a founding team member of SAP India, where he built the pre-sales and consulting organization. He also co-founded SAP Global Delivery and was responsible for its operations. Later he was Head of Innovation at SAP Global Delivery. Prior to SAP, Lakshman held leadership business roles at IBM Global Services, India and Digital Equipment Corporation (India). He is the visiting faculty at the School of Design Thinking, Hasso Plattner Institute, Potsdam, Germany. He teaches Business & IT-Strategy, Enterprise Systems, Strategy and Innovation at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore & Calicut and Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Chennai. He earned his Master’s in Technology, Anna University, India.
