Frank Richter
Frank T. Richter heads SAP’s global Order-to-Cash Process Management team. He is based in Walldorf, Germany (near Heidelberg). 20+ people in 7 countries work on the team and manage the O2C processes (including electronic payments) for various lines of business. The responsibilities of the team include supporting acquisitions and new business models. As well, the team focusses on continuous process improvement, process automation and standardization. Frank has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Prior to his current position, he was in charge of SAP’s License Compliance program. Before joining SAP in 1995, he was working for IBM, Siemens Nixdorf, Robert Bosch GmbH and others in Germany and the US. Frank holds a degree in Economics and Computer Science from the University of Applied Sciences in Karlsruhe (Germany) and Waterford Institute of Technology (Ireland).
