Barbara Braham
Barbara Braham, Ph.D., MCC, takes a developmental approach to working with leaders and their teams. She also trains coaches in how to bring a developmental approach to their work with leaders. Since 2005 she has studied adult development theory with Dr. Susanne Cook-Greuter and is certified to both score and debrief the Maturity Assessment Profile (MAP), the most well-researched tool available to assess one’s stage of development. She serves on the faculty of the Georgetown Leadership Coaching Certificate program, where she teaches a class on stages of development and coaching. She also coaches in Notre Dame’s Executive Integral MBA program using The Leadership Circle 360. An accomplished author, she has written eleven books, including Finding Your Purpose which has been translated into seven languages. A current interest is how the gift of years that so many Baby Boomers are experiencing, can be an opportunity for further development.
