Working mostly with units inside luxury buildings, Leonard has been responsible for over $3 billion in transactions throughout his career.

Business Insider just did a piece on Leonard and said that his move over to Compass — a real estate company that launched in 2013 and prioritizes data and technology — came as a surprise to many in the the industry.
He left Douglas Elliman, where he was the top agent for Downtown Manhattan, He said at that time, "I like to feel like a bit of a maverick."
