Marj Southworth
Marj Southworth has a wealth of experience in undergraduate, transfer and graduate admissions, as well as experience with continuing and adult education in both public and private colleges and universities. Her professional background covers the full spectrum of higher education experiences, from small liberal arts colleges, including Smith and Mount Holyoke Colleges, to the large, co-ed Cornell University. Most recently a senior admissions officer at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Marj has recruited from the U.S. and abroad, chaired many selection committees, and read thousands of applications. In addition to a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Hawaii, She has a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Virginia.
