Dr. Oliver Haferbeck
Dr. Oliver Haferbeck is the Head of Diabetes Care Germany for Roche Diagnostics Germany, responsible for inventing and testing new business models and creating a sustainable business. Previously, he served as Head of Product-management and International Sales, DB Vertrieb GmbH, German Railways, Co-Operations, working with more than 1000 partners along the mobility-chain and developing new markets in Middle East and Asia. Prior to that role, he was the Head of Marketing and Services, DB Fernverkehr, Region South of Germany, responsible for more than 3000 employees and the services on board long-distance trains, including inventing the first class service in ICE-trains. Dr. Haferbeck is an alumni of the University of St. Gallen. In addition to being a widely published author on mobility and the mobility chain, he is the author of the book, Employee Satisfaction (in German).
