Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) at PwC, advises on the accounting and reporting aspects of deals and leads our National CMAAS practice for the Technology Sector. He works collaboratively with client teams to effectively work through change, whether caused by a transaction or regulatory change. Chris has nearly 20 years of experience in the technology sector and has worked with top tier clients in the sector. He has advised his clients on a wide range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, SEC and internal investigations, restatements as well as numerous IPO’s. He successfully led teams at several multinational technology companies through their implementations of the new accounting standards as well as the complexities arising from the rapid evolution of their business models. Chris is a California CPA and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
