Joe Francica
Joe Francica, managing director for geospatial industry solutions at Pitney Bowes, brings over 30 years of experience in location intelligence to support the product management team. He works directly with the sales and marketing organizations bringing an enterprise IT focus in various vertical industry sectors where location intelligence can add significant value and a competitive advantage. Previously, Joe was the editor in chief and vice publisher of Directions Magazine, the most widely read geospatial technology publication, where he founded four conferences and broadcast his insights and perspectives through weekly articles, podcasts and webinars. Joe began as a geologist and later as a marketing executive with large and startup software companies. For the last two years, he served on Huntsville, Alabama Mayor Tommy Battle’s economic advisory board. Joe holds a BA from Rutgers University, MA from Dartmouth and MBA from Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
