Fabian Cortes is an Associate Partner, Customer Engagement and Commerce practice leader for IBM. Fabian has guided multiple Fortune 500 companies with their digital transformation strategies and execution. Fabian is a certified Project Manager Professional and Enterprise Architect. Prior to his current role, he led the Digital Transformation practice for retail, CPG, logistics and life-sciences for a leading offshore IT provider and before that he led the go to market efforts for an eCommerce and marketing optimization engine in the online travel space. Fabian’s approach is to focus on the business and technical opportunities for digital commerce and systems of engagement. Fabian has said that the only way for his practice to be successful is to create dynamic long-term win-win relationships with all involved parties.
