Frank Sofia
Frank Sofia is the Chief of Staff to the EVP of HR for SAP’s Global Sales and Services responsible for the HR Business Partner organization focused on global, regional and country specific enablement of all respective business leaders and employees focusing on culture, talent and leadership for more than 30,000 people worldwide. Frank is an integral part of the HR Leadership Team overseeing the Office of the CEO, led by Bill McDermott, and SAP’s largest organizational unit, Global Customer Operations (GCO) led by President and Executive Board Member Robert Enslin. Frank’s passion is to uniquely amplify SAP’s culture and behaviors through employee-centric programs. He has piloted and executed initiatives such as the SAP 360 Feedback Program, Build your Brand, Talent Win Plans, and Talent Roundtables. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources for North America Strategic Industries, leadership positions in SAP’s Talent COE, and senior consultant for North America and Global GCO.
