Nathan Sloan
Nathan Sloan is a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP's Human Capital practice based out of Charlotte, NC. He has over fifteen years of consulting experience working with companies to determine the organizational and talent priorities required to implement their business strategies. Nathan services clients across all industries, and is also the Human Capital leader for the firm’s Retail & Wholesale Distribution sector. He leads Deloitte’s National Talent Strategies practice where he oversees the development of all talent management solutions. Nathan works closely with Bersin by Deloitte’s research analysts and has presented at numerous conferences on the topics of talent management and performance management. He is a member of the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
