Joe Mastro
Joe Mastro is a Director at Deloitte with over 25 years of experience in the Performance Management Technology space. Prior to Deloitte, Joe was Vice President of the SAP Practice for Global Analytics, one of SAP’s top 3 boutique consulting partners. Joe was also a founding member of OutlookSoft (acquired by SAP), where he headed Consulting Services. Prior to this, he spent 13 years at IMRS/Hyperion Software, where he started in consulting and held senior management positions ranging from the generation of new product concepts, to leading global sales support and the launching of new service divisions. Joe has assisted hundreds of clients realize the benefits derived from implementing Performance Management Technologies (consolidations, planning, forecasting, scorecards, analysis) by understanding the current state of his clients financial/operational processes and systems, then defining a future state by laying the foundation with the leading practices in each of these disciplines.
