Prof. Dr. Stefan Bongard
Prof. Dr. Stefan Bongard, University of Applied Sciences Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Germany, holds a professorship in Business Administration and Logistics since 2008. Before this role, he spent nearly ten years as CEO of a manufacturing company in the wood industry and since 2002 has served as CEO of a small consulting company. The main topics of his University work are distribution management, quality management and environmental logistics. In 2014 he published the book “E-Mobility in Motorized Private Transport“, followed by the ECAR-studies, an explorative research approach for analyzing new market structures and their influencing factors [www.elecarda.com]. His latest „under-the-radar“-project is “Try-e-Project“, which allows all members of his university to rent a battery electric car free of charge for several days.
