Prateek Saxena leads a start-up within TechMahindra that is focusing on developing a platform for MicroGrids and offering it as a service to the MicroGrid operators and customers. This is an interesting fusion of IT and OT technology combined with a strong analytics that is going to change the way electricity is being generated and distributed. This solution will improve ROI for the MicroGrid operators and help them manage long term energy management contracts with the end customers including campuses, buildings, native communities, hospitals and mines. TechMahindra is promoting new ideas and speed to the market through its Entrepreneurial and Young CEO program, of which Prateek was the recipient in October 2014.
