Malcolm Davidson
Mr. Davidson joined Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd. in 2010 and is responsible for financial reporting, corporate finance, treasury, and taxation. Mr. Davidson is a Chartered Accountant and graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Mr. Davidson also serves as the Chief Financial Officer for two other publicly traded companies and brings significant financial reporting knowledge and expertise to the Company. Prior to joining Avino, Mr. Davidson articled with a Vancouver-based Chartered Accounting firm. During this time, Mr. Davidson specialized in Assurance, Corporate Taxation, and Business Advisory engagements. Mr. Davidson is also a member of the Chartered Secretaries Canada, a Canadian Division of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators ("ICSA").
