My intention is to engage in dialogue not only to those practicing professionals but also those individuals and enterprises curious enough to move in new or even novel directions. How can we re-frame our experiences and our preferred way of thinking? What is required of us as individuals or as organizations to truly collaborate? What does it take to genuinely respect the people we work with or are in community with to create, restore or maintain trust?
I am a skilled communicator, experienced facilitator and mediator bringing disparate groups to the table to consider both the values and implicit ways of knowing along with the technical or explicit ways of knowing. I have worked with engineers, environmental scientists, health and social service professionals along with activists and activists to address the complex challenges people in communities and organizations face.
Collaborative mediation and regenerative facilitation are effective ways to bring disparate parties together.
