Claudia Faerber
Claudia Faerber has more than 18 years of experience in OCM, Communications, Training, User Experience and Adoption, with a focus on SAP implementations. As a former customer of SAP (McKesson), Claudia has spent the last 7 years building Sustainment programs. She led a McKesson program that won the 2011 McKesson President’s Award and the 2012 SAP/ASUG Education Best Practice Award. Claudia joined SAP in 2013 and was the Keynote speaker for the 2014 SAP Insight Super User Conference.
