Sharon Newton
As Managing Partner at hyperCision, Sharon Newton sets corporate vision and strategy, operates as Chief Culture Officer, and advances SAP and SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems (LMS) thought leadership. Prior to joining hyperCision, Sharon worked for SAP America in a variety of roles: HCM Practice Manager for the Americas; Platinum Consultant with expertise in the SAP Learning Solution, Performance Management and Organizational Management; and Curriculum Product Manager for US-focused HCM learning content at SAP University. She is currently an SAP Mentor and a co-author of SAP Enterprise Learning – A Practical Guide (SAP Press, 2009).
